This is a good quality multimeter at a fair reasonable price. Has entirely the functions that one would usually need for automotive use. The clamp-on wire feature is good for measuring RPMs while tuning up. The only drawback for this unit is that the pedagogy booklet is identical poorly written. There are at least a half 12 spelling mistakes that are identical obvious. The instructions are selfsame basic and do not actually supporter the novice in knowing how to exercise the unit for different automotive tests and do not always clearly establish how to hook up the leads for measurements. I purchassed and installed a Reliance Controls 10 circuit 30amp author switch with powerfulness cord and power inlet box model 31410CRK. The production was just as advertised, and I received no problems installing it, even though I never did house wireing before, only I do experience some knowlege of basic electronics.
The entirely sugestion I have for Reliance is to include basic testing instructions. For example, an ohm meter could exist used to contain each of the 10 circuit switches, and insure connection of the right wires. I noticed the wire labeled “I” looked similar a sidways “H”.
The flexible metal conduit had to exist shortened. If you need to shorten it, it’s not very difficult. But unravel the metal at the end, and bend Reliance Controls 31410CRK Generator back and forth to disclose of some of the material. It looks better to have the conduit apartment against the mounting board rather than making it loop out in society to billet the transfer switch nigher to your chief circuit breaker box.
